Policies

Clear expectations so we can both focus on the work. Questions about any of this are always welcome.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • 24 or more hours notice: full reschedule with no penalty.
  • 12 to 24 hours notice: a one-time courtesy reschedule each month.
  • Less than 12 hours notice, or a no-show: the session is forfeited.
  • Emergencies are always handled case by case. Life happens, just tell me.

Coaching packages

  • All coaching packages bill monthly and can be canceled any time before your next renewal date.
  • Canceling stops future billing; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Session credits

  • Prepaid in-person sessions are added to your account as credits and tracked in your client portal.
  • A credit is used when a session is completed, not when it is booked.
  • Credits require an active GLOW FIT or GLOW COMPLETE package. If your package lapses, remaining credits are held rather than lost, and become available again when you restart.
  • Credits are valid for six months of active coaching, and in all cases expire no later than twelve months after purchase.

Health & safety

  • Coaching is not medical advice. Please consult your physician before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
  • Tell me about injuries, conditions, medications, or allergies before we begin, and any time something changes.

Privacy

  • Your intake information, measurements, photos, and messages are private, and they are used to coach you and for nothing else.
  • Nothing is shared publicly or used in marketing without your explicit permission.
  • If you choose to connect a nutrition app such as MacrosFirst, the macro targets set for you are sent to it, and the days you log there are read back so your coaching reflects what you actually ate. Connecting is your choice, you make it in that app, and you can disconnect at any time from your macros page.
